My LED light will not turn on?

Take out the batteries there is a small plastic disk Remove the clear disk, place the battery back inside and it will work.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Yes. When using genuine professional teeth whitening products along with following the provided instructions, the teeth whitening process will not damage the tooth enamel or gums. We use the highest carbamide peroxide formula legal in Australia (18%).

Are there any reasons why I should not use an Our Teeth Whitening Kits?

We do not recommend the use of Teeth Whitening kits if you are under the age of 18, pregnant, trying for a baby, have periodontal disease or gums that are in poor condition, have decayed teeth, those being treated for a serious illness or have recently had dental surgery. Do not use if you are allergic to carbone flavor peroxide, glycerin flavouror, carbamide peroxide, ammonium hydroxide or glycerin.

How many applications are in the kit?

There is enough gel in the dispenser (Syringe) for 7-14 daily whitening applications.

Does this product cause any sensitivity?

Because we only recommend keeping the trays in your mouth for 20 to 30 mins minutes at a time, there should be no sensitivity issues. If there is any, it would be minimal, plus we’ve included in our kit, re-mineralization gel to help reduce any sensitivity and revitalize and strengthen your enamel. We are the only company that includes this product separately in our take-home kits.
